About the role
- Ensure the management and operational oversight of technical teams.
- Ensure the quality, safety and efficiency of activities across all sites.
- Lead, motivate and support multisite teams.
- Monitor performance indicators and ensure the quality of service delivery.
- Oversee training and skills development.
- Analyze technical non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain regular communication with physicians and medical contacts.
- Coordinate with technical and quality management for continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Similar experience in a laboratory or in technical management is desirable.
- Requires a strong professional commitment and good organizational skills.
- Ability to manage teams.
