Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain Azure based web API and Portal applications
Integrate various system components to achieve a seamless experience for users
Provide technical advice on systems development
Apply secure coding practices
Conduct peer reviews of code and infrastructure
Ensure best practices and Departmental standards are applied
Create and review technical/release documentation
Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate and mentor team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years' experience in software development
Demonstrated experience implementing secure web based business solutions
Experience developing web APIs using Azure API Manager
Experience in customer facing web portal development using .NET Framework (including .NET Core) and ASP.NET
Experience developing web applications using Angular or React
Familiarity with the Information Security Manual (ISM)
Experience with unit/integration/automation testing
Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL and Azure Service Bus
Experience with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio for code development
Extensive experience developing on Azure platforms
Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
