About the role
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Microsoft Azure-based solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline development and operations.
- Manage and resolve IT ticket requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain IT systems in compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and Data Protection Act.
- Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
- Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience in managing IT ticket requests and providing end-user support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and ticketing systems.
- Understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, Data Protection Act).
- Relevant certifications in Azure (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) and DevOps (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.
