• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of Microsoft Azure-based solutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) to streamline development and operations.
• Manage and resolve IT ticket requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain IT systems in compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR and Data Protection Act.
• Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
• Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.
