About the role
- Develop and execute global IT strategy, work plans, and track outcomes.
- Plan, manage, and optimize the IT budget.
- Oversee a distributed team and vendor partners across North America, Europe, and Israel.
- Lead end-to-end vendor selection and management to ensure reliable service and SLAs.
- Drive operational excellence through hands-on leadership, ensuring resilient systems, infrastructure, and support.
- Partner with InfoSec to embed security by design across IT infrastructure, and support audits/certifications (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, etc.).
- Work closely with Legal to ensure regulatory alignment.
- Report directly to the CFO and remain hands-on in IT operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT leadership roles managing teams.
- Proven ability to lead a global IT team (highly advantageous).
- Adaptive, self-starter with hands-on approach.
- Strong communication, planning, and vendor management skills.
- Strong hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and enterprise applications.
- Experience migrating development environments and email/Exchange servers to the cloud.
- Experience strengthening Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and redundancy across systems.
- Proven experience in financial oversight of IT budgets and cost accountability.
- Experience supporting audits and certifications (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR).
