About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate pipeline: Identify, prospect, and engage HR and benefits leaders at large employers
- Navigate complex buying groups: Engage multiple stakeholders across employers, consultants, and partners to generate aligned opportunities
- Execute outbound: Run coordinated outreach across email, phone, and social channels to drive meetings and new opportunities
- Qualify opportunities: Assess and qualify leads to ensure alignment with Cylinder Health's target audience and sales strategy
- Partner with sales: Work closely with RVPs to align on target accounts, messaging, and meeting strategy
- Collaborate with marketing: Provide feedback on campaigns, messaging, and audience targeting based on real prospect interactions
- Activate campaigns: Execute outbound tied to marketing campaigns, events, and priority accounts
- Maintain pipeline hygiene: Track activity, manage data, and ensure accuracy in Salesforce
- Hit performance targets: Meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified opportunities created, outbound activity, and pipeline contribution
- Leverage tools effectively: Use Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Sales Engagement to build lists, execute outreach, and maintain clean data
- Growth & Development: Continuously build product, market, and sales skills through training and hands-on experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience
- Experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Experience prospecting into HR leaders, benefits leaders, consultants, or health plans strongly preferred
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
