About the role
- Own all stages of the design process for the Cylinder platform
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and clinical teams
- Develop and maintain design documentation
- Perform usability testing and gather user feedback
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and tools
- Ensure the integrity of our product design system
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product design
- Proficiency in Figma is required
- Comfort with AI-powered design and productivity tools (e.g., AI features within Figma, ChatGPT, or similar)
- Experience implementing user research methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to gather actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Digital healthcare experience is not required but preferred.
