About the role

  • Increase sales revenue by signing on new employer clients
  • Consistently meet quarterly pipeline growth plans and exceed annual sales quota
  • Utilize available sales and marketing tools for presentations, sales calls, and prospecting
  • Adapt and develop sales and marketing tools as appropriate and approved
  • Maintain and report key activities and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Evaluate market trends and provide analysis and recommendations to management and the growth marketing team as well as feedback from prospects and clients to our product development team
  • Develop your existing network of relationships in the market. This includes attending conferences and participating in appropriate groups
  • Ensure that the transition from sales to implementation and onboarding is aligned

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on B2B healthcare to employer market
  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record of sales and revenue generation
  • Must be comfortable with generating new opportunities and prospecting and have the confidence to present and then execute on sales efforts all the way through contracting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or the equivalent in relevant work experience
  • Technologically savvy and fast learner in understanding employer and payor distribution models
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills; ensure accuracy/quality of prepared materials
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, ongoing projects; adhere to established timelines and commitments
  • Proficient in G Suite (Microsoft Office is also available), Slack, as well as Salesforce for all tracking and reporting
