About the role
- Lead the strategy and execution for one or more squads keeping the team aligned on priorities, trade-off decisions, and go-forward strategy
- Partner with design to develop a deep understanding of our members’ unmet needs and desires through user research and quantitative analysis to make data informed decisions on product direction
- Work closely with Client Success and Implementations to launch new clients and to work closely with Member Marketing to improve the experience for our members
- Proactively partner with Commercial stakeholders to deeply understand and define the problems worth solving to reach our KPIs
Requirements
- 5+ years of product experience working for a product-driven company, bonus if you’ve worked on launching customers or clients in digital health or a B2B2C company
- Strong analytical skills and data driven, ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners
- Highly organized and can work autonomously in an early company environment
- Eager to roll up their sleeves on tactical work while tracking the bigger picture
- Passionate about the company’s mission and eager to learn about digestive health.
