About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist employees with computer hardware and software related issues
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Administer various SaaS applications
- Identity & Access management
- Mobile device and patch management
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Interact with employees to assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support when needed
- Perform routine/scheduled audits of IT systems & applications
- Help to identify areas for improvement and make solution recommendations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
- Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune
- Experience managing Apple MacOS, iOS
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as a team
- Ability to follow through with tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Preferred Skills
- Experience managing Cisco security products – AnyConnect, Umbrella, Secure Endpoint, Duo
- Experience managing Cisco network devices
- Programming or scripting experience
- Cybersecurity experience i.e. vulnerability scanning and identification
- Salesforce administration experience
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
