About the role
- Own end-to-end opportunity qualification, solution shaping, and pricing governance from lead to closure
- Drive managed services sales pipeline across network, cloud, and cybersecurity domains
- Maintain strong vendor and partner alignment
- Ensure forecast accuracy, documentation, and internal approval compliance
- Uphold customer experience across presales, proposal, and handover phases
- Engage customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements
- Develop BoMs, commercials, and service scope with presales and vendors
- Coordinate with SalesOps, Finance, Legal, Bid Management, and Delivery teams
- Work with vendors to secure competitive pricing and deal protection
- Support contract reviews and structured handover to delivery teams
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline
- 3–5 years experience in solution sales or presales
- Exposure to enterprise networking and managed services
