About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and deliver integrated regional marketing programmes to build pipeline and brand awareness across the DACH region
- Align marketing initiatives with territory plans, sales objectives, and pipeline goals in collaboration with sales leadership and partner teams
- Execute joint marketing initiatives with channel partners and alliances, including co-branded events, digital campaigns, and demand generation activities
- Plan and manage regional conferences, roadshows, partner summits, and webinars
- Coordinate event logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up to maximise engagement and pipeline creation
- Develop and manage co-marketing and partner enablement activities
- Create marketing toolkits, campaign templates, and enablement resources for partners
- Optimise lead follow-up, tracking, and conversion with sales and business development teams
- Measure and report field and channel marketing performance, including engagement, conversion, velocity, and ROI
- Adapt and localise global messaging for DACH audiences, including German-language adaptation where appropriate
- Contribute campaign copy, partner assets, and digital marketing content
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience delivering enterprise field and channel marketing
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of demand generation and marketing best practices
- Experience with performance measurement and analytics
- Experience delivering customer engagement programmes that drive renewals and expansion
- Proven success executing demand-generation, deal-acceleration, and pipeline-driving programmes and events
- Content creation experience across messaging platforms, email, direct mail, digital ads, SDR scripts, and marketing assets
- Experience developing regional and channel plans supporting account-based marketing
- Ability to build effective working relationships with sales and marketing
- Ability to travel up to 40% across the DACH region and wider EMEA
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business is preferred but not required
- Ability to articulate market-specific value propositions for DACH audiences
- Understanding of segmentation analysis, budgeting, business cases, B2B sales cycles, demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration
- Experience with Asana, Splash, Salesforce, Marketo, and/or predictive analytics tools preferred
- Integrated marketing content creation and implementation experience
- Ability to understand and execute the company and product pitch in the field
- Ability to convey information to internal and external audiences
- Ability to write and deliver marketing-quality emails, presentations, and collateral
- Event planning experience, including event contracts and BEO specifics
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
