About the role
- As Senior Manager, Digital Growth (CRO & SEO), own how Cyera attracts, engages, and converts high-intent buyers across digital channels.
- Define and execute the strategy to increase qualified organic traffic, expand AI/LLM visibility (AEO/GEO), improve demo conversion rates, and strengthen pipeline contribution from CRO and digital.
- Lead digital growth strategy and CRO.
- Identify and optimize the full digital buyer journey from awareness through consideration and conversion.
- Monitor and report on digital performance metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- 8+ years driving digital growth through organic and conversion channels.
- 5+ years scaling SEO into a meaningful revenue contributor.
- Deep experience in technical SEO and on-page optimization.
- Proven experience leading CRO programs with measurable conversion lift.
- Strong understanding of modern AI-driven search (AEO/GEO).
- Experience optimizing buyer journeys in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Proficiency with: WordPress (or similar CMS), SEMrush, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Heatmapping / CRO tools, Additional digital marketing analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset and data storytelling capability.
- Experience in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or AI security preferred.
