About the role
- Leverage core Azure services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Functions to architect and deploy scalable solutions.
- Utilize infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, or Bicep to automate resource provisioning and configuration.
- Engage in projects spanning multiple cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration of Azure solutions with our broader cloud strategies.
- Collaborate with product, R&D, sales engineering, and customer success teams to align cloud initiatives with business objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Cyera’s cloud architecture by providing detailed technical guidance and answering customer architecture questions.
- Support both pre-sales engagements and post-sales environments, ensuring clients clearly understand how our solutions can be implemented and optimized in their Azure environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure performance to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Implement automation strategies to streamline deployment, management, and operational processes.
- Enforce Azure security best practices , including Azure Active Directory (AAD) configuration, network security, and data protection.
- Collaborate with security teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement robust risk mitigation measures.
- Stay current with emerging Azure technologies and industry trends, integrating innovative solutions into our cloud strategy.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing Azure services.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools and automation techniques (Terraform, ARM, or Bicep).
- Solid understanding of networking principles, security best practices, and container orchestration (AKS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator, or Azure Security Engineer Associate) are highly preferred.
- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus, underscoring a flexible approach to multi-cloud projects.
