About the role
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create and bring in new leads and sales meetings.
- Articulate the company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest.
- Drive high-quality outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn to open doors with the right operators and decision-makers.
- Regularly follow up with calls and emails, continuing to facilitate communication with potential customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Build your social presence and digital networking - be creative, bold, and sharp.
Requirements
- SDR/Sales experience in the competitive B2B industry - 1-2 years in similar roles
- Native-level written and spoken English - a must
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and building relationships across multiple channels.
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or other well-known SDR productivity tools
- Self-taught, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to exceed targets.
- Dynamic, high energy, independent, “can-do” attitude
- Amazing, impressive communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience with cyber companies - a big advantage
