• Lead the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing.
• Ensure adherence to local labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Manage payroll reporting, employee benefits, deductions, and compliance filings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related matters (internal and external).
• Supervise and manage the bookkeeping team, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Oversee AP/AR processes, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
• Implement controls and procedures to strengthen accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Audit support and ad-hoc related tasks.
