Account Executive

• New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts across multiple verticals, including finance, healthcare, government, retail, and others.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement targeted strategies for acquiring new customers by understanding their security challenges and positioning our Manager Security Services, Professional Security Services, and Identity Services as effective solutions.
• Consultative Sales Approach: Engage with prospective customers to assess their needs and recommend tailored security solutions that align with their goals.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use both inbound and outbound techniques to identify potential leads, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and using industry contacts and events.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing of deals.
• Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing. Build relationships with decision-makers at the enterprise level, including C-suite executives, IT managers, and other important partners.
• Collaborative Approach: Work with our teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and customer success, to ensure the delivery of a seamless customer experience.
• Market Research & Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, latest threats, and competitive offerings to position our security solutions in the marketplace.

Enterprise Account Executive

General Counsel

• - As a privacy subject matter expert, maintain processes and remain up to date on legal and regulatory changes to facilitate compliance
• - Present management recommendations on operationalizing initiatives
• - Interface with internal stakeholders to gather inputs/requirements and engage in dialogue with external stakeholders including regulators, auditors, and clients, as required
• - Review and negotiate client and vendor contracts to ensure alignment with company policies
• - Assist in managing insurance portfolio
• - Engage in cross-functional discussions to advise other departments including Technical, Marketing, and Sales
• - Support incident response efforts by assessing privacy impact, coordinating investigations, and managing required breach notifications
• - Develop and deliver privacy training programs and awareness initiatives to promote a culture of compliance across the organization
