About the role

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for India across technical, security operations, and consulting roles (SOC, Threat Intelligence, IAM, PAM, GRC, SIEM, and other cybersecurity domains).
  • Build direct sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered search tools (e.g., hireEZ, SeekOut, ChatGPT, etc.), and Boolean/X-ray search to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Manage requisition intake, job postings, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leaders to define requirements, create sourcing strategies, and deliver against headcount goals.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of cybersecurity talent markets, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends in India.
  • Drive high-touch candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve sourcing efficiency and time-to-fill.
  • Collaborate with the global TA and HR teams to align India hiring strategy with broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the cybersecurity, IT security services, or enterprise technology industry.
  • Proven track record hiring for roles such as: SOC Analyst, Threat Hunter, Security Engineer, Incident Responder, Detection Engineer, Identity Engineer, IAM/PAM Consultant, SailPoint/CyberArk/Ping/Okta Specialist, Security Consultant, Solutions Architect, or similar technical security profiles.
  • Expert in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and adept at Boolean/X-ray search and social recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-driven sourcing tools or automation workflows for talent mapping and headhunting.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with technical and leadership stakeholders across global time zones.
  • Hands-on, data-driven, and detail-oriented — thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Experience working in a Managed Security Services (MSS/MDR) or Identity Services (IAM/PAM) organization preferred.
  • Experience doing campus hiring is a plus.
