About the role

  • Develop, implement, and oversee integrated marketing and communication strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility and promote events, programs, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with program teams to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and audience alignment across all campaigns.
  • Develop and manage content marketing strategies, including articles, videos, infographics, press releases, social media content, email campaigns, website updates, and PR materials.
  • Oversee and optimize multi-channel communication platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, email newsletters, etc.).
  • Establish relationships with media partners, journalists to maximize outreach and engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication activities align with the organization’s brand positioning, mission, and core values.
  • Maintain and enhance the organization’s corporate identity, visual guidelines, and messaging framework.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication and marketing initiatives provides actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in communications and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in environmental, renewable and clean energy, or sustainability sectors.
  • Proven track record of successful communication campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision making
  • Good skills in communicating in English and Vietnamese.
  • Proactively discuss and implement relevant tasks as requested by management and the director.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the effective execution of marketing activities, including any arising tasks.
