Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-5+ years of engineering leadership experience (Engineering Manager, Team Lead)
  • Prior hands-on backend engineering background (TypeScript or similar modern stack)
  • Understanding of the crypto and stablecoin domain
  • Confident use of AI tools in your own management workflow
  • Track record of hiring and onboarding engineers
  • High agency: you run the team without close supervision
  • Understanding of the SDLC and familiarity with key non-functional requirements
  • Ability to operate in a distributed, async-first team environment across timezones
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
