About the role

  • Create the visual assets for advertising, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing deliverables according to brand guidelines
  • Assist in creating new topics, content strategies that enhance the company's global share of voice
  • Support in monitoring digital performance metrics and continuously optimizing digital content for increased engagement, traffic, and conversions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital touchpoints
  • Support the coordination of all event-related logistics
  • Work with event organizers to maximize brand exposure and develop strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate in executing targeted marketing campaigns to support company growth initiatives
  • Involved in the end-to-end campaign process, from concept development to implementation and post-campaign analysis
  • Assist in drafting the applications for awards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, event management, or campaign management
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices (e.g., social media, SEO, CMS, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, content marketing)
  • Extensive knowledge of Canva for designing marketing deliverables
  • Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
