About the role
- Create the visual assets for advertising, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing deliverables according to brand guidelines
- Assist in creating new topics, content strategies that enhance the company's global share of voice
- Support in monitoring digital performance metrics and continuously optimizing digital content for increased engagement, traffic, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital touchpoints
- Support the coordination of all event-related logistics
- Work with event organizers to maximize brand exposure and develop strategic partnerships
- Collaborate in executing targeted marketing campaigns to support company growth initiatives
- Involved in the end-to-end campaign process, from concept development to implementation and post-campaign analysis
- Assist in drafting the applications for awards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, event management, or campaign management
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices (e.g., social media, SEO, CMS, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, content marketing)
- Extensive knowledge of Canva for designing marketing deliverables
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
