About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our specialty pharmacy partners.
- Act as the primary contact for network operations, performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance with scorecards, KPIs and resolve issues as and when needed.
- Lead the full lifecycle of specialty pharmacy contracts, including renewals, amendments, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage dispute resolution processes.
- Analyse pharmacy network performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor industry trends and contribute to strategic planning.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards on partner performance, compliance, and financial impact.
- Implement corrective action plans to address underperformance.
- Lead specialty pharmacy projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Support training and development of speciality pharmacy processes and procedures.
- Drive process improvements, best practices, and continuous efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in either Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, ideally in specialty pharmacy or contract management
- Proven ability to manage pharmacy partnerships and contracts, with strong negotiation skills
- Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
- Solid understanding of specialty pharmacy operations, compliance, and business models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Microsoft Excel
