Technical understanding and enthusiasm (IIoT, MQTT, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD)
Excellent organizational and execution skills
Effective communication in German and English (minimum C1 level)
Analytical and strategic thinking
Experience in manufacturing and/or consulting
