About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to Cybus’s growth and success
  • Expand business relationships with new and existing enterprise customers
  • Close ambitious deals in the DACH manufacturing sector with an average ACV of EUR 80–150k
  • Independently generate a 4x pipeline through outbound, networking, events and collaboration with SDRs and Marketing
  • Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder deals through buying committees
  • Translate Unified Namespace and OT/IT integration into value propositions together with pre‑sales engineers
  • Influence the product roadmap with deal insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS / software sales in the DACH market, ideally in Industrial IoT, MES, manufacturing software, data platforms, MQTT, Unified Namespace or related areas
  • Proven track record of personally closed deals from EUR 80k ACV, involving buying committees of 3+ stakeholders including C‑level
  • Confident use of modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or similar)
  • Confidence selling a challenger brand — storytelling, category creation and working with low brand awareness
  • German C1+ and business‑fluent English (customer‑facing in both languages)
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 40–60%)
  • Plus points for experience converting digitalization challenges into customer‑/industry‑specific solution concepts
