About the role

  • Define and maintain Cybrid’s product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer-facing narratives.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across website, campaigns, and sales materials.
  • Own and produce product-focused content including: Blog posts and technical explainers, Whitepapers, guides, and long-form educational assets, Case studies and use-case deep dives, Website product pages and landing pages, Social content (especially LinkedIn), Newsletter content and product updates.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure technical accuracy.
  • Position Cybrid as a credible, authoritative voice in payments, fintech, and digital asset infrastructure.
  • Develop deep expertise in Cybrid’s APIs, platform capabilities, and roadmap.
  • Understand customer pain points, buying behavior, and decision criteria.
  • Monitor competitors and articulate Cybrid’s differentiation.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials: Pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, battlecards, Objection-handling and persona-based messaging.
  • Support Sales with content tailored to different buyer types and use cases.
  • Support product launches and feature rollouts with messaging and content.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Marketing to support campaigns with strong product narratives.
  • Contribute to integrated campaigns across website, email, social, and sales.
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing. Stay closely aligned with Product Management on roadmap and priorities. Ensure go-to-market efforts accurately reflect product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles.
  • Fintech experience is required. Payments industry experience is a big plus.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or API-driven platforms.
  • Experience working closely with Product and Marketing/Sales teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create sales enablement and GTM materials.
  • Nice to Have (Assets):
  • Experience in payments, money movement, or crypto / digital assets.
  • Experience marketing infrastructure, APIs, or developer-focused products.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales motions.
  • Familiarity with compliance- or regulation-heavy industries.
