About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze contract accounts by comparing the contract table vs. the cost table to assess contract health
  • Assist in contract renegotiations by negotiating with the client or coordinating with a supervisor to maintain contracts with healthy or profitable margins
  • Support budgeting activities, enter orders and release billing related to contract orders through Sphere to meet client demands
  • Perform data analysis by generating and evaluating data and suggesting improvements
  • Support delinquency management via e-mail, spreadsheets and phone calls to reduce financial liability
  • Assist with BID coding using spreadsheets, Sphere and e-mail to create new sales/contract opportunities
  • Attend alignment meetings in person or remotely to coordinate points related to customer service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields
  • Experience with administrative routines in the commercial/sales department
  • Knowledge of the MRO segment (electrical supplies, tools, PPE) is a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
