Key responsibilities & impact

Maintaining product knowledge and marketing/promoting new products.
Assisting customers during the sales/purchase process and responding to inquiries.
Assisting with warehouse functions as needed on a daily basis.
Tracking and fulfilling sales orders by picking orders and creating documentation.
Maintaining and developing customer relationships.
Staying up to date on product knowledge and generating stock requests.
Organizing point of sale displays and shelves for visual appeal.
Monitoring inventory levels, rotating stock, and replenishing merchandise.
Ensuring accurate and visible pricing, labels, and promotional signage.
Creating and maintaining positive working relationships and a clean environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric.
A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products.
Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting job assignment.
