Key responsibilities & impact

Lead month end operations and close out of all branches
Become an expert for new operations processes and procedures
Manage branch operations specialists to provide coverage to all necessary branches
Act as liaison between branch operations & central distribution center operations
Identify needs and training opportunities for branch operations specialists
Collaborate on regional month end calls
Collaborate with sales operations managers and other cross functional teams to support sales & customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years of Industry/ OneSource experience
Advanced knowledge of OneSource Operations and Eclipse
Proficiency using O365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities and communication skills
Self-motivated and teamwork focused
Desire to improve processes and associate performance
