About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare quotes using the system to generate new sales opportunities.
- Monitor performance indicators via email, spreadsheets and meetings to report the OTIF indicator and customers' sales performance.
- Provide support for BID coding via spreadsheets, the system and email to generate new sales/contracts opportunities.
- Manage the account portfolio, analyze profitability, forced inventory and contract health.
- Conduct on-site visits as required by the account portfolio.
- Hold alignment meetings in-person or remotely to address matters related to customer service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
- Technical/commercial experience with the group's product families
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication and negotiation abilities.
