About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support reporting activities and financial analysis
- Work closely with the Financial Controller and Business Controller
- Actively contribute to performance monitoring, variance analysis and the development of management tools
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports; analyze costs, margins and variances against budget and forecasts
- Participate in the creation and updating of reports and dashboards
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support management decision-making
- Serve as a business partner by collaborating with controlling, accounting and other departments
- Act as a point of contact for financial data-related questions within your scope
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting/Taxation or equivalent
- Junior candidate with relevant first experience (0–2 years) or recent graduate
- Strong interest in controlling, numbers and business processes
- Analytical mindset; precise and well-organized
- Highly motivated to learn and grow in a complex environment
- Good command of Excel; familiarity with BI tools is an asset
- Proficiency in Dutch, French and English
