About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software, while maintaining professional sales demeanor.
- Ability to track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating appropriate documentation, and placing follow-up calls.
- Ability to maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Actively stay up to date on product knowledge and generate product stock request.
- Create and maintain positive working relationships and a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or equivalent, as determined by Echo Electric.
- A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or willingness to learn electrical products.
- Ability to effectively communicate, stay organized and work within a team.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
- Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.
- Completion of EDGE and EPEC Bronze Level or commitment to complete such training within 18 months of starting job assignment.
