About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain favorable relationships with new and existing customers in order to increase revenue and gross margin performance on a yearly basis.
Analyze the needs of your customers and ensure that Northeast’s current products and services consistently meet those needs.
Emphasize our capability with our Digital Tools (website, mobile app, ELink, EQuotes, etc.)
Responsible to participate in on-going training for Digital Tools.
Continuously develop and offer original value add solutions as customers’ needs change.
Provide technical assistance to customers and use industry and product knowledge to support and build sales.
Work with internal company resources to ensure customers are getting the best service on day-to-day stock sales.
Help bridge relationship between customers and our inside support teams to drive project business.
Perform other related duties as required or directed by manager to drive and support alignment with the company’s strategic initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on business and/or equivalent knowledge through job related experience and training.
Minimum of 4 years Industry and Product knowledge preferred.
Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Website navigation
Must be self-motivated with the ability to develop short and long term goals.
Driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
