About the role

  • Define and implement the group-wide AI adoption strategy for employees and business functions.
  • Establish and drive AI governance frameworks related to usage, adoption, and responsible AI for employees.
  • Design and deploy AI enablement and change-management initiatives for employees and business functions.
  • Build, lead, and sustain an international AI community.
  • Define AI maturity models and monitor progress across countries, functions, and employee populations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in digital adoption, change management, digital workplace initiatives, or AI-related transformation programs.
  • Solid understanding of AI concepts and employee-facing AI use cases (deep technical expertise not required).
  • Proven ability to define KPIs, governance frameworks, and adoption measurement models.
  • Experience working in international, decentralized organizations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in multicultural environments (fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus).
