About the role
- Customer analysis and segmentation: Collect and analyze customer data to identify key segments.
- Development of marketing campaigns: Design, plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns for each customer segment.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials (emails, newsletters, brochures, etc.).
- Customer relationship management: Maintain and enrich the customer database.
- Implement customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- Competitive intelligence and market analysis: Conduct regular competitive monitoring to identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies.
- Support for sales teams: Provide analyses and performance reports on marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and commercial proposals.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field (undergraduate to master’s level, Bac+3 to Bac+5 equivalent).
- Interest in specialist distribution and new technologies.
- Curiosity, proactivity and the ability to propose innovative ideas.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
