About the role
- Manage the customer portfolio, providing consultative and personalized service
- Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing customers, aiming for customer retention and growth of the client base
- Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance
- Conduct negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial pending issues
- Identify and offer the best solutions according to customers' needs
- Perform both outbound and inbound customer service, overseeing the entire sales process and ensuring effective follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma required (college degree is a plus)
- Experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in inside sales
- Knowledge of electrical materials sales
- Good communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Strong negotiation skills
