About the role
- Manage the client portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service
- Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones, aiming for customer retention and growth of the client base
- Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance
- Conduct negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial outstanding items
- Identify and offer the best solutions according to clients' needs
- Provide proactive (outbound) and reactive (inbound) service, overseeing the entire sales process and ensuring efficient follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma required (college degree is a plus)
- Experience in sales, preferably with inside sales
- Knowledge of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) sales
- Good communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills.
