About the role
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing consultative and personalized service
- Prospect for new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones to drive retention and grow the customer base
- Plan and execute commercial strategies aimed at improving sales performance
- Lead negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial pending issues
- Identify and recommend the best solutions according to clients' needs
- Handle both outbound and inbound customer interactions, overseeing the entire commercial process and ensuring efficient follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma (college degree is a plus)
- Experience in sales/commercial roles, preferably in inside sales
- Knowledge of and experience selling electrical materials
- Strong communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills
