About the role
- Telephone support and consultation for our customers
- Marketing and implementation of our Sonepar-specific sales concepts
- Order entry, preparation of quotations and follow-up
- Close cooperation with field sales, technical field sales, Digital Business & Key Account teams
- New customer acquisition and data maintenance in the CRM system
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial (business) or electrical engineering vocational training
- Several years of practical experience in sales; solid technical and market knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry desirable
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and goal-oriented working style
- Resilience, willingness to perform, commitment and initiative
