About the role

  • Telephone support and consultation for our customers
  • Marketing and implementation of our Sonepar-specific sales concepts
  • Order entry, preparation of quotations and follow-up
  • Close cooperation with field sales, technical field sales, Digital Business & Key Account teams
  • New customer acquisition and data maintenance in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial (business) or electrical engineering vocational training
  • Several years of practical experience in sales; solid technical and market knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry desirable
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent and goal-oriented working style
  • Resilience, willingness to perform, commitment and initiative
