About the role
- Agency support: identifying agencies' needs
- Creation of invitation materials (PDF, email campaigns, SMS)
- Collection of field feedback, photos and best practices
- Commercial operations: weekly update of the commercial operations PowerPoint
- Calls and exchanges with sales teams to gather field feedback
- Monitoring correct deployment of campaigns and operations
- Internal communication: support for an internal video project showcasing job roles
- Participation in filming and video editing
- Support for distribution and dissemination of these videos
- Monthly tasks: competitive intelligence
- Updating the KPI PowerPoint
- Hosting the Marketing webinar for new joiners
- Compiling and maintaining a resource presenting all information communicated about our partner brands
Requirements
- Master's-level student (Bac+5) — motivated, autonomous and rigorous
- Strong skills in graphic design and video editing (Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro)
- Curious and creative profile, eager to fully commit to a 6-month internship starting in March
