About the role
- Manage the client portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service
- Prospect new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones to drive loyalty and grow the customer base
- Plan and execute sales strategies to improve sales performance
- Conduct negotiations, issue orders, and manage outstanding commercial issues
- Identify and offer the best solutions according to customer needs
- Perform outbound and inbound customer service, monitor the entire sales process, and ensure effective follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma required (college degree is a plus)
- Experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in inside sales
- Experience with sales of electrical materials
- Strong communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills
