About the role
- Provide personal, telephone and digital consultation and support to our customers for enquiries and concerns
- Technically proficient handling of customer enquiries, independently developing solution proposals and preparing quotations
- Actively sell, promote and implement our Sonepar-specific sales concepts
- Process incoming customer orders and ensure continuous follow-up of quotations and project tracking
- Collaborate with our experienced and successful sales team
- Acquire new customers and build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training with several years of professional experience in wholesale, or a comparable qualification with several years of proven experience in the technical wholesale sector and solid knowledge of electrotechnical products and environments
- Enthusiasm and an affinity for solution-oriented sales of electrotechnical products and services
- Strong customer orientation, enjoyment in customer service, assertiveness, decision-making ability and resilience
- Confident use of MS Office applications and CRM systems; knowledge of SAP is desirable
