About the role
- Identify, investigate, analyze, and process all miss-shipped, miss-shipped, lost in transit, and item issues
- Communicate results and corrective actions in a timely and consistent manner
- Review and process customer RGAs on a daily basis, report errors as needed
- Perform a variety of warehousing duties including discrepancy analysis and resolution, cycle counting, adjustment verification, and inventory slotting
- Assist in identifying errors and root causes of inventory and warehouse errors
- Work with the Quality Assurance team and various warehouse teams to investigate and resolve inventory errors
- Assist Quality Assurance Supervisor to record, track, and report UETs
- Assist in closing out queues for month end close
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of annual physical inventory
- Other duties, as assigned
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, especially concerning numerical figures and reporting
- Basic mathematic skills including subtraction, addition, multiplication, and division
- Ability to distinguish minor, but significant differences between complex material part numbers/descriptions
- Ability to problem solve and communicate resolutions in a timely and consistent manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
- Electrical industry product knowledge is preferred
- Experience using Epicor Eclipse and Solar is preferred
