About the role

  • Manage the client portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service
  • Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones, aiming for customer retention and growth of the client base
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance
  • Lead negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial outstanding items

Requirements

  • High school diploma (college degree is a plus)
  • Experience in sales/commercial roles, preferably in inside sales
  • Knowledge of electrical products/materials sales
  • Strong communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills.
