About the role
- Manage the client portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service
- Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones, aiming for customer retention and growth of the client base
- Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance
- Lead negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial outstanding items
- Identify and offer the best solutions according to clients' needs
- Provide inbound and outbound customer service, overseeing the entire sales process and ensuring effective follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma (college degree is a plus)
- Experience in sales/commercial roles, preferably in inside sales
- Knowledge of electrical products/materials sales
- Strong communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills.
