About the role

Provide telephone and in-person consultation to our customers in retail and the skilled trades
Handle customer inquiries with technical expertise, develop solution proposals and prepare quotations
Proactively sell and process customer orders
Follow up on quotations and project statuses
Collaborate with our experienced and successful sales team
Long-term perspective with exciting development opportunities

Enthusiasm and affinity for solution-oriented sales of electrotechnical products and services
Vocational training in electrotechnics or business administration; technician or master electrician qualifications are also welcome (m/f/d)
Initial experience in sales of electrotechnical products is an advantage
Customer orientation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and confident use of mobile devices
