About the role
- Manage the client portfolio, ensuring consultative and personalized service;
- Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones, aiming for loyalty and growth of the customer base;
- Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance;
- Conduct negotiations, issue orders, and manage commercial outstanding items;
- Identify and offer the best solutions according to customers' needs;
- Provide outbound and inbound sales support, monitor the entire commercial process, and ensure efficient follow-up.
Requirements
- High school diploma (college/university degree is a plus)
- Experience in commercial/sales roles, preferably in inside sales
- Knowledge of electrical materials sales
- Good communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills.
