About the role
- Design and implementation of scalable security solutions.
- Mentor team members.
- Play a key role in cloud migration and automation initiatives.
- Responsible for shaping the security engineering roadmap.
- Guide the adoption of modern security practices.
- Ensure infrastructure and applications are protected against evolving threats.
- Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise security solutions.
- Design and implement cloud security architecture and controls.
- Provide expert-level technical consulting for internal projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into project planning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems engineering, or a related technical role.
- Deep expertise in scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven experience with enterprise security tools and cloud security architecture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with hybrid and cloud environments, particularly Azure.
- Advanced administration and troubleshooting skills for both Windows and Red Hat operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Certification: CISSP, or equivalent.
- Individuals must be authorized to work in the United States for Sonepar without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
