About the role
- Reviewing the company Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure its conformity with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
- Check departmental functions to ensure all policies and procedures are clearly understood and effectively observed regularly
- Conduct internal quality audit and maintain documentation integrity
- Conduct MRM and minutes
- Coordinate and lead on other requirements not limited to ESG, CMRT, EICC, PFAS and JKKP
- Lead auditor for internal audit
- Coordinate external ISO audit and customer audit
- Perform and manage supplier audit
- Implement other tasks assigned by Quality Manager
