About the role
- Telephone and counter support/advising for our customers from trade, crafts and industry
- Promotion and implementation of our Sonepar-specific sales concept
- Order entry, quotation preparation and follow-up
- Close collaboration with field sales, technical field staff, E-Business and Key Account teams
- New customer acquisition and CRM data maintenance
Requirements
- Vocational training in electrical engineering or a commercial apprenticeship in wholesale/foreign trade, or qualification as a technician or master electrician
- Preferably several years of experience in sales of electrotechnical products
- Desirable: comprehensive technical and industry knowledge in electrical engineering as well as practical commercial skills
- Enthusiasm and affinity for solution-oriented sales of electrotechnical products and services
- High level of customer orientation, assertiveness and decision-making ability
- Proficient user of MS Office products
