About the role
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing consultative and personalized service
- Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones to promote customer loyalty and grow the client base
- Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance
- Conduct negotiations, process orders, and manage outstanding commercial matters
- Identify and offer the best solutions according to clients' needs
- Perform both outbound and inbound customer service, overseeing the entire commercial process and ensuring effective follow-up
Requirements
- High school diploma (university degree is a plus)
- Experience in the commercial/sales area, preferably with inside sales
- Knowledge of electrical materials sales
- Good communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills
