About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing consultative and personalized service
  • Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones to promote customer loyalty and grow the client base
  • Plan and execute commercial strategies to improve sales performance
  • Conduct negotiations, process orders, and manage outstanding commercial matters
  • Identify and offer the best solutions according to clients' needs
  • Perform both outbound and inbound customer service, overseeing the entire commercial process and ensuring effective follow-up

Requirements

  • High school diploma (university degree is a plus)
  • Experience in the commercial/sales area, preferably with inside sales
  • Knowledge of electrical materials sales
  • Good communication, proactivity, and negotiation skills
