About the role

  • Manage and develop the client portfolio assigned to you;
  • Proactively prospect new customers within your territory;
  • Plan initiatives to maximize sales performance;
  • Identify new business opportunities in the region;
  • Deepen customer relationships by offering tailored solutions;
  • Boost sales through strategic use of the product and service portfolio;
  • Monitor competitors and apply benchmarking;
  • Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on purchase orders;
  • Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal departments;
  • Support the supervisor in team development and act as Supervisor when required.

Requirements

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Sales/commercial experience, preferably with electrical materials.
  • Strong negotiation skills, account management experience, and results orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office Suite).
  • Ability to analyze customer profiles and potential.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer retention.
