About the role
- Manage and develop the client portfolio assigned to you;
- Proactively prospect new customers within your territory;
- Plan initiatives to maximize sales performance;
- Identify new business opportunities in the region;
- Deepen customer relationships by offering tailored solutions;
- Boost sales through strategic use of the product and service portfolio;
- Monitor competitors and apply benchmarking;
- Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on purchase orders;
- Follow up with customers and coordinate with internal departments;
- Support the supervisor in team development and act as Supervisor when required.
Requirements
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Sales/commercial experience, preferably with electrical materials.
- Strong negotiation skills, account management experience, and results orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Office Suite).
- Ability to analyze customer profiles and potential.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to customer retention.
